Only the brands themselves may cancel transactions. Buyers may request that a brand cancel via our online form found here. 

Returning an Item

Each brand featured on the Kukuwa Marketplace  has his or her own return policies, which should be outlined in their Shop Policies on their page. Not all sellers accept returns, it maybe a credit or different compensation outlined in the return policy specific to that brand
